1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is HARROW COLLECTION SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Opolska 9C/3, 40-084 Katowice, Poland (KRS 0001137074, NIP 6343048860, REGON 540309771). “Mini Guard” is a trademark of Harrow Collection sp. z o.o.

For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@miniguardfamily.com.

2. What this notice covers

Mini Guard is a pre-launch project. The product is not yet for sale, and we do not yet operate a wristband, a companion app, connectivity, payments, or any device that collects a child’s location. This notice therefore covers only the personal data we process when you visit this website or join our waitlist.

3. What we collect

Waitlist data: if you join the waitlist, we store your email address (required) and — only if you choose to provide them — your country and your child’s age range, together with your consent and the date and time you signed up.

Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type in server logs, to keep the site secure and available.

We do not collect any location data, health or medical information, payment details, or any data about your child from a device. There is no advertising, profiling or third-party tracking on this website.

4. Why we process it and the legal basis

Waitlist: to contact you about early access and the launch. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Website operation and security: our legitimate interest in running a secure, functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Who has access to it

Your waitlist data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, in a European Union region. Our website is served through our web hosting provider. These providers act as our processors under data-processing agreements and only process data on our instructions.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist data until the product launches plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Email privacy@miniguardfamily.com and we will remove your details within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict processing, ask for a copy of the data you gave us, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

Write to privacy@miniguardfamily.com from the address you signed up with; we respond within 30 days.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

8. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies, for example to remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we add optional analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent through a banner first.

9. Changes to this notice

As Mini Guard develops we will update this notice, and we will publish a full product privacy policy covering the wristband, app, location data and payments before the product launches. The date above shows when this version took effect.
