Terms & Conditions (Regulamin).

The seller and operator of the Mini Guard store is HARROW COLLECTION SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office at ul. Opolska 9C/3, 40-084 Katowice, Poland.

“Mini Guard” is a trademark of Harrow Collection sp. z o.o.

These terms cover: (a) the online sale of the Mini Guard GPS safety wristband and its accessories; (b) the optional Mini Guard monthly subscription providing cellular connectivity for the built-in eSIM, cloud location services, safe-zone alerts and premium features of the Mini Guard app.

The subscription price is €5.99/month (incl. VAT), or 19,99 zł/month (z VAT) in Poland, charged in advance for each monthly billing period. The Mini Guard wristband itself is a one-time purchase at €59.90 (incl. VAT), or 189 zł (z VAT) in Poland.

You place an order by adding a product to the cart, providing delivery and billing details, choosing a payment method and confirming the order with the “Order and pay” button.

The sales contract is concluded when we send you an order-confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil the order (e.g. stock issue, payment declined), we notify you within 3 working days and refund any amount already paid.

Prices displayed at checkout include Polish VAT. The total price shown before you confirm the order includes VAT, delivery cost for the chosen carrier and, for subscription orders, the first monthly fee.

We accept: payment cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK, Przelewy24 (bank transfers) and PayU (bank transfers and instalments).

Payment is processed by our licensed payment service providers (PayU S.A., PayPro S.A. — Przelewy24, Stripe Payments Europe Ltd). We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes or BLIK codes.

Subscription fees are charged automatically to the payment method saved to your account on the first day of each billing period.

We ship within Poland and the European Union with InPost, DPD and DHL. Delivery times, options and costs are described on the Shipping & Payment page (/shipping).

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to a person authorised to receive it. If damage is visible on receipt, note it on the courier's protocol and email us within 48 hours.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, you have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days from the day you (or a person you indicate) take physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us by an unambiguous statement (for example, an email to info@miniguardfamily.com). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. To keep the deadline, it is enough to send the statement before the 14-day period expires.

We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost paid on the original order, using the same means of payment you used, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods (except where the goods are defective on arrival — then we cover it).

Voluntary extension: as a goodwill policy, Mini Guard extends this deadline to 30 days from delivery under the same conditions. This extension does not limit your statutory 14-day right.

Under the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Chapter 5a, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/771), we are liable to you for non-conformity of the goods with the contract for 2 years from delivery. This is a statutory right — the manufacturer's guarantee below is separate and does not limit it.

If the goods are non-conforming, you may in the first instance request repair or replacement. We carry out the chosen remedy within a reasonable time and free of charge (parts, labour, shipping both ways).

You may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract (full refund) if: (a) we refuse or fail to bring the goods into conformity, (b) the non-conformity remains after a repair or replacement, (c) the non-conformity is so serious it justifies immediate price reduction or withdrawal, or (d) it is clear from our statement or the circumstances that we will not bring the goods into conformity in a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to you.

To file a claim, email info@miniguardfamily.com with your order number and a short description; we respond within 14 days.

In addition to (not instead of) your statutory rights above, Mini Guard grants a voluntary 24-month manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing defects, plus a shorter cover on selected components. Full terms, the exclusions and the claim workflow are on the Returns & Warranty page (/returns).

The Mini Guard monthly subscription is a service contract concluded for an indefinite period, billed monthly at €5.99/month (incl. VAT), or 19,99 zł/month (z VAT) in Poland.

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current, already-paid billing period; features remain available until then. We do not pro-rate mid-month cancellations.

Statutory 14-day withdrawal also applies to the subscription. If you request activation of the connectivity/service during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you owe an amount proportional to the service already provided.

We may terminate the subscription with 30 days' notice, or immediately in cases of serious abuse of the service (e.g. fraud, attempts to bypass our safety features).

Under Directive (EU) 2019/770 as implemented in Polish law, the Mini Guard app and wristband firmware qualify as goods with digital elements.

We provide software and security updates necessary to keep the goods in conformity with the contract for at least 2 years from the delivery date of the wristband, and for as long as your subscription is active (whichever is longer).

Updates are delivered over-the-air. We notify you of updates that materially affect functionality; you may decline non-security updates, in which case any non-conformity resulting from that decision is not our responsibility.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, your preferred remedy and (if possible) photos or a short video.

We acknowledge receipt promptly and respond substantively within 14 days. Silence during that period counts as acceptance of the complaint under Polish law.

As a consumer, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution before turning to court. In Poland, the available paths include:

• Mediation at the Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej) competent for the seller's registered office.

• Free assistance from the municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) in your place of residence.

• The Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court (Stały Sąd Polubowny przy Wojewódzkim Inspektoracie Inspekcji Handlowej).

The consumer ombudsman is usually the fastest and simplest first step. Using ADR is voluntary and does not affect your right to go to court.

These terms are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of your habitual residence within the EU.

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights. Where a clause would conflict with such a right, that clause does not apply to the extent of the conflict.
