At launch, we will ship Mini Guard from our Warsaw warehouse on the same business day for orders placed before 14:00 CET. All shipments will be tracked and insured up to the order value.
These are our policies for launch. Mini Guard is currently in development — join early access to be first.
Carriers and delivery times (Poland)
At launch, choose your carrier at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be working days, counted from dispatch.
DPD Home
1–2 working daysFree
At launch, delivery to your address with a 1-hour Predict window by SMS/email on the morning of delivery. Re-routing to a DPD Pickup point will be available from the tracking link.
DHL Parcel
1–3 working daysFree
At launch, address delivery with two delivery attempts. A useful option for rural addresses where DPD coverage is thinner.
Standard delivery within Poland is free on every order, regardless of carrier.
International shipping
- At launch, EU: DHL Parcel Connect or DPD Classic Europe — 3–6 working days, from 39 PLN, free above 500 PLN.
- At launch, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: DHL Parcel International — 4–7 working days, from 79 PLN; any customs duties will be settled by the carrier on delivery and charged to the recipient.
- At launch, we will not ship outside Europe.
Payment methods
At launch, all payments will be processed by certified providers. Mini Guard will never see or store your full card number, CVV or BLIK code.
PayU
PayU
At launch, pay by bank transfer (pay-by-link) from any major Polish bank, by card, or with Google Pay / Apple Pay. Authorization will typically settle in under a minute.

At launch, alternative pay-by-link gateway covering 30+ Polish banks and BLIK. Useful if your bank's PayU integration is unavailable.

At launch, generate a 6-digit code in your banking app and confirm the payment. Fastest checkout for Polish customers — no card details required.
Credit and debit cards
Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro. 3D Secure 2 will be enforced on every transaction at launch.
Apple Pay & Google Pay
At launch, one-tap payment from your phone or laptop, available through both PayU and the card processor.
Invoices and B2B orders
- At launch, a VAT invoice will be issued for every order and sent to your email immediately after dispatch.
- To order on a company VAT number, enter it at checkout — the invoice will be issued to your business and the address can be different from the delivery address.
